Surgery Printing
We are pleased to announce another service to Dental Practices. Molaris has joined with the ACT Group to provide a fully
comprehensive printing service. What is different? ACT is a fully digitised service. This means that you can order stationary in smaller
quantities and make any changes that have occurred since the last printing! The result is smaller quantities therefore saving office space,
improved cash flow, overnight service, and include changes to text or artwork.
Additionally ACT provides a translation service. Therefore if your practice has a large ethnic group you can advise your
details in that particular language.
Another service is web page design and if required, hosting. Many dental practices with a large private patient base
advertise their surgery and speciality on the web. ACT can provide a full package that includes site optimisation. i.e. a top Google placing for
your key words for example:- search "orthodontics Bristol" and your patient will land on page one of Google.
Dental practices who have used our nursing cover will appreciate our efficiency and attention to detail. We can promise
the same efficient service with your printing. Just call the office 01291 423978 and ask (no pun intended) for details.
We are very pleased to highlight the efforts of Dr Ian Callaghan of Bristol who is to attempt to
cycle the Tour de France course in aid of CLIC Sargent and MacMillan Cancer Support. This effort is prompted by one of their friends now
undergoing treatment for leukaemia.
Please do have look at their web page and perhaps start a little sponsorship group in your practice.
Training Aids
One of our former employees has contacted us and asked us to pass the message that non qualified nurses can now train and
qualify through "Learn-Kit" So if you have not had the opportunity to train before contact us now and we can pass on your name to Leah. This is
the perfect opportunity for nurses who do not have transport to get to the usual training spots or simply live too far away. Those of you with
young families do not have the chance to get to a regular evening course or as many are finding the current courses are over-subscribed. Be proud
of our profession and gain that much-sought after title.
Once again – from July 2008 - that is THIS YEAR – ALL dental nurses must be on the G.D.C. register. Any
nurses not on the register and their employers risk prosecution. We are not sure how this will be policed but do not be the first to find
out!
