Molaris Dental Personnel, we have
tried to create a Web Site that anticipates and satisfies our
customers and nurses questions. With that goal in mind, we've
compiled a list of frequently asked questions. If you do not find

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Are all your nurses
qualified? Yes: Since the new regulations
came into force in 2006 all dental nurses must now provide
proof of qualifications before being employed by the
company.
SUPPORT
Can your staff
support my specialised
practice?
Many of our staff have
specialist skill such as orthodontics, implants and periodontics.
In the event of a nurse not having the specialist skills necessary
for the assignment this will be made clear when the
booking is made.
BILLING How am I
billed?
Each nurse will carry a time sheet that
has to signed off at the end of each working day. An invoice is
submitted weekly and the nurse is paid by Molaris taking into
account all current tax & insurance
liabilities.
NURSES
PAYMENT
How am I
paid? You submit your hours on the time-sheet we
provide and we endeavour to return your payment within 1-2 working
days.
DEDUCTIONS Do you deduct Income Tax and
NI at source As a Limited Company our accounts
are audited and statutory deductions are made in accordance with
the computer programme.
COMMITMENT TO
WORK Am I expected to commit to regular
days? No many of our nurses have irregular
availability due to home commitments. We work around your
availability.
NOT YET
QUALIFIED I am in training for nursing qualifications can I
work for you? Unfortunately no. Due to the
nature of the business a nurse has to multi task and
feel confident in any surgery and with any
dentist.
TRAVELLING Am I expected to
travel? No but if you are willing then the scope
for regular employment is greater, Many of our nurses very much
enjoy working in different towns.
